- Preview versions will be shared via unlisted YouTube link with visible timecode
- Revision requests must be sent via email with clear timecode references within 48 hours
- One designated contact person handles all feedback
- Final approval must be confirmed via email within 48 hours of receiving the final link
- Final delivery: Full HD 1920x1080p, 25 fps, MP4 format
- Delivery after payment: via Google Drive download link
- We store the videos on Google Drive for 3 months after delivery
